When can I expect my delivery?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, to ensure you receive the freshest produce possible.
Is there a minimum order requirement for free shipping?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders over $60. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of $8 applies to cover logistics and specialized cold-chain handling.
What should I do if my produce arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If any item arrives in poor condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store my organic leafy greens?
To maintain freshness, we recommend wrapping leafy greens in a damp paper towel and storing them in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator. Since our produce is free from preservatives, it is best consumed within 3-5 days.
